More details

In cooperation with Adecco

The impact that Covid-19 continues to have on people’s working lives, and the significance of recent societal movements for the world of work, cannot be underestimated. Consequently, the role of business in creating more prosperous, inclusive communities is only gaining in importance. This rapid transformation is creating exciting possibilities for everyone. Companies and individuals are embracing the potential of more flexible and diverse ways of working – but labour and social policies have not picked up the pace of change yet. This session will explore the search for policy solutions as well as ideas from corporate and government leaders and economists on how to rethink the approach to the world of work that works for everyone.
